How do I make an impact on my team?
- Support the mission and conduct themselves in a professional and responsible manner while abiding by all privacy and confidentiality requirements
- Follow all corporate and departmental policies and procedures
- Maintaining scheduled hours and be flexible to meet the needs of the department
- Recognize, suggest, and assist with process improvements
- Display critical thinking and problem-solving competencies commensurate with realistic expectations of an intern
- Communicate effectively
- Know Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Assist with special projects and employee events
- Assist with recordkeeping and filing
- Pharmacy clerk & shipping tasks
- Be available to work 10 hours per week
What our team expects from you?
- Must be age 18 or older and have obtained a high school degree or equivalent
- Phone skills and computer skills preferred
- Good communication skills and good attitude
- Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
- The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
What can you expect from Lumicera?
- Hours/Location: Monday – Friday: 10 hours/week, Irvine CA Location
- Schedule/Duration: Summer program (June-August)
