We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative, or CSR. This position is in our local office in Hobbs, NM. We have a small, family-owned and operated business, and are looking for a bright CSR with a high sense of self motivation, and a desire to meet customer's needs. Since we are a small operation, your job duties will be diverse, and you will need to handle multi-tasking well. A few are listed below.

Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls & book jobs
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Dispatch and schedule jobs
- Assist with Recurring Invoicing
- Assist with Accounts Receivable
- Assist with Accounts Payable
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Go the extra mile to meet customers needs
Skills
- Customer support experience or experience as a client service representative desired
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices (ServiceTitan, Quickbooks, & Microsoft Office desired, but not required).
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or GED desired
- Proficient with computers & typing
- Bilingual is a plus
