Join the Waters ERA Product Support team! This position is ENTRY LEVEL will have production responsibilities including inventory control, labeling, packaging, kitting, and Quality Control of ERA products. There is a career path for this role to evolve into a Chemistry Technician. The salary range for this position is $20-$21/hour. This position is eligible for a $2,000 sign-on bonus.
Responsibilities:
Assembly/Production
- Packaging, sealing, labeling, organization, and storage of manufactured product
- Basic production of products to documented specifications
- Documentation and review of production and packaging process
- Assisting laboratory personnel during manufacturing
- Inventory input and adjustments
- Assist in other areas as needed
Quality
- Responsible for ensuring compliance to specification by ensuring proper packaging, labeling and production documentation
- Attention to detail, organization and ability to work quickly with minimal errors
- Responsible for following written work procedures and SOPs
- Contribute towards process and efficiency improvements
Qualifications:
- High School Education or GED required. Bachelor or Associates degree in a science-related field preferred.
- 1 year work experience in a laboratory or production environment preferred but not required.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good manual dexterity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be willing to perform repetitive tasks consistently to meet productivity expectations.
- Must be able to lift 20-30 lbs.
- Familiar with various Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
