Position Summary:

Performs Help Desk responsibilities during daylight and non-day light hours by performing telephone-based problem diagnosis for problem diagnosis and issue escalation to higher levels of support. Works and Rotates all shifts as needed to meet organizational needs

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or the equivalent. Experience with Windows desktop PCs. Excellent written and oral communications skills, ability to work in a team environment, good organizational skills, customer service orientation and skills, and good troubleshooting skills.
