JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for timely and appropriate phone operations including transferring of calls and the appropriate manner of making PA announcements.
Qualifications
Minimum Education
High school diploma or equivalent required
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
