Responsibilities
Manage the subcontractors from construction start to construction finish.-
Take ownership of and ensure safety, scheduling and quality control on the job site.

Support the project manager and foster accountability.

Build morale of all project team members.

Ability to provide technical construction direction to teams.

Manage all risk exposures.

Effectively communicate and collaborate with all project stakeholders to the betterment of the industry and Watts Construction.

Actively build and maintain strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, designers, consultants, and the public.

Maintain, track, and document project records in Procore.
Qualifications
Professional, self-starting, organizational, productive, and energetic.-
3 years as a supervisor overseeing commercial construction on the job site through subcontractor management, record keeping, problem-solving, safety adherence, quality control assurance, and schedule keeping.

Competent computer skills including Microsoft Office.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Bonus but not required: College educated, extra certifications, leadership and community roles, personal and professional goals.
