Natural Gas Engine Parts Person III

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Fulfills all functions and duties of Parts Person I and II.
• Assists outside sales with quotes and inquiries.
• Maintain good paperwork flow from parts department.
• Assists shop with parts orders with WPI vendors and delivery companies.
• Monitor and report problems with inventory and delivery companies.
• Attend training classes to increase product knowledge.
• Promote good welfare among the company and its’ divisions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have 2 year (s) previous experience.
• Must High School Diploma or
• Some mechanical background or knowledge is helpful

• Must have working knowledge of the above titled position and how it relates to the overall business and its’ objectives.
• Must meet goals and objectives set forth by the company.
• Must conform to policies and procedures set forth by the company.
• Must have a current driver's license and acceptable driving record per WPI insurance company standards. (Only if job requires)
• Must be computer literate and proficient in a Windows based environment.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, must be able to bend and twist several times a day.
• Must be able to bend and twist several times a day.
• Must have the ability to work flexible hours and days.
• Must be dependable and work independent.
• Must maintain good client relations.
• Must maintain a professional appearance.
• Must promote and maintain a clean, neat and safe work environment.
• Must have the ability to effectively operate various types of office equipment, (i.e. fax, printer copier, etc.)
• Must have the ability to effectively operate forklift.
• Must protect the company assets and interests.

Working Conditions:

• Typical hours of work Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Weekend hours as necessary.
• Office indoor work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Required)

• Engine Parts: 3 years (Preferred)
• Customer Quotes: 3 years (Preferred)

• Driver's License (Required)
