Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clerk to join our team. As a Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous office experience and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records
- Handle incoming calls and greet visitors at the front desk
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries or concerns
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Individuals must pass a BCI and FBI background check. It will also be required to become a notary within 6 months of hiring. This position offers no health insurance or benefits.
