Based on a framework called Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), we help companies gain competitive advantage through high alignment on purpose, strong focus, and transparency. We combine consulting services with a category-defining software platform backed by leading investors such as Andreessen Horowitz, Microsoft, and Softbank.
We are seeking a talented and creative Copywriter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has a passion for crafting compelling and engaging content across various platforms. As a Copywriter, you will play a key role in developing content that resonates with our target audience and drives brand awareness. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our brand through impactful storytelling and persuasive messaging.
The Job – What you will do
Content Creation:
- Develop clear and persuasive copy for a variety of marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, email campaigns, and more.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights to inform content creation.
Brand Voice and Consistency:
- Maintain and evolve the brand voice across all communication channels to ensure a consistent and recognizable tone.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand brand guidelines and integrate them into all written materials.
Creative Ideation:
- Brainstorm and generate creative ideas for marketing initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends to ensure our content remains fresh and competitive.
Adaptability:
- Tailor writing style and tone to different target audiences and communication channels.
- Quickly grasp and communicate complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
Proofreading and Editing:
- Review and edit content for grammar, clarity, and consistency.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure all content aligns with quality standards and best practices.
Project Collaboration:
- Work closely with graphic designers and other team members to bring cohesive and visually appealing content to life.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.
Requirements – What we look for
- Proven experience as a Copywriter or in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of writing samples across different platforms and styles.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing trends.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
