Production Manager

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Production Manager who excels in fast-paced settings and is dedicated to enhancing efficiency. The ideal candidate will boost production efficiency and guarantee timely deliveries, collaborating closely with Engineering, the Director of Operations, and Accounting to enhance product margins.

Responsibilities:

• Enhance production floor efficiency by fostering a culture of continuous improvement through training and performance KPIs among production staff.
• Conduct regular production data analysis and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Oversee production processes, pinpoint improvement areas, and collaborate with Engineering to boost quality control and cost efficiency.
• Diligently maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures, to ensure all efficiency gains are maintained.
• Meet KPIs for product/labor costs, quality, and timely delivery according to the demand plan.
• Ensure that all safety regulations and quality control standards are met.
• Communicate effectively with various departments, including engineering, purchasing, and sales.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new production processes and technologies.
• Prepare and present production reports to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role within consumer goods
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and best practices
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
