Job Summary
Full time maintenance technician. Hours are Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm. Duties will include outside grounds keeping and interior apartment maintenance and refurbishments.
Prior experience preferred, clean driving record and criminal background check. Attention to details a must as well as being able to work unsupervised. Must be reliable and self motivated.

Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
