What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Support Representative position at WaveTech?

We strive to train and develop our Customer Support Representatives to provide high-quality results for our clients and their customers. Our company assists with marketing their products and services to acquire new customers and create long-term brand loyalty. Our Customer Support Representatives are the leaders in the office, someone who likes to set the example and produce the greatest results. We provide hands-on client service, customer service, and sales training for our Customer Support Representatives, allowing them to quickly produce beyond 60% of the sales and new customer acquisitions and really drive the revenue for our clients.

We work hard but also like to reap the benefits of the hard we put in every day. Our Customer Support Representatives and team members collaborate to plan inclusive activities for the team to start the day off right! We are able to achieve extremely high results not only because of our intensive training but also because of our team environment and the investment we put into our company culture. With the great help of our Customer Support Representatives, it is easy for us to work each day and focus on the task at hand, surpassing the goals regarding sales and new customer acquisitions our clients have set for us!

Customer Support Representative Job Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new customers for our clients by talking to consumers face to face so we can cater to their desires
  • Teach how to deliver sales presentations to customers to help new representatives achieve high results
  • Learn from Senior Managers on how to best deliver information to the customers on the latest products and services from our clients
  • Build long term relationships with customers by providing information on products and services based on their wants and needs
  • Provide sales assistance and review contracts to assure superior customer service satisfaction is provided for our clients
  • Touch base with leadership core and sit in on meetings with our client’s top representatives

Basic Qualifications For A Customer Support Representative:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years in sales, customer service, or a client facing role is preferred
  • Self-motivated hard working individual that will be eager to learn new responsibilities
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Sustain a positive and uplifting attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,976.28 - $49,347.78 per year
