Leadership and Development
- Recruit, hire, retain and develop a team of single unit leaders that strive to:
- Achieve excellence in all areas of measured performance
- Meet or exceed company business objectives
- Drive business through effective labor management
- Utilize a hands-on supervision environment with a strong emphasis on sales.
- Coach teams to develop and maintain operational best practices. Ensure company sales and customer service standards are upheld consistently across all locations in the market through effective coaching and training of staff.
- Direct, train, and supervise store leadership in implementing and maintaining the highest level of presentation and visual standards consistent with our brand.
- Tailor and conduct sales and management training events as required by the needs of the business and the influence of company leadership.
Business Skills:
- Ability to monitor, analyze, and report on business trends across all locations within the market to relevant stakeholders.
- Demonstrated successes in developing and implementing plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed goals within the market for all Key Performance Indicators including labor cost and expense control.

Requirements
Required Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of retail management experience, with at least 1 to 3 years managing multiple units.
- Ability to travel to all Centers in your assigned market area.
- Demonstrated success in achieving selling and operational excellence by hiring, leading, motivating and developing effective Leaders.
- Highly resourceful, flexible and ability to solve problems in a timely manner.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and business partners.
- Strong knowledge of the business landscape and ability to translate findings to positively impact business.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a team that drives results.
- Proven ability to manage multiple business priorities.
- Ability to communicate effectively across multiple platforms with all levels, especially when communicating from distance.
- Successful track record talent recruitment, selection, development, and promotion.
- Proven ability to create an open and positive work environment.
- Strong customer service orientation and an obsession with creating the perfect associate and guest experience.
