We provide an end-to-end, top-notch service to our clients on the East Coast from New England to Florida.
Title: Client Guide (Mobile)
Reports to: Client Guide Manager
Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt
Supervises: N/A
General Summary of the Position: In this role, you will be deployed to markets in need (launch, emerging or mature) and provide a great client experience by demonstrating compassion, professionalism and customer centric approach to the work and clients needs. Works with Client Guide Manager to advise and consult with client in making downsizing and sorting decisions that are appropriate for the individual situation. Works to itemize and pack items for transport and unpack items upon arrival at destination. Adheres to policies and procedures established by management.
Essential Functions:
Able to travel throughout the country without limitations.
Provides an excellent customer experience by performing all responsibilities with care, attention to detail and efficiency.
Properly wraps and unpacks clients belongings into and from boxes or containers safely and carefully with the intent to avoid any damage to the clients property.
Helps manage all areas of the clients move including downsizing, staging, picture hanging, packing/unpacking and clear outs.
Examines products for defects, such as cracked items, loosely sealed containers, or chips prior to packing.
Strategically packs to recreate or replicate the clients home as closely as possible.
Seals, labels, and loads containers for moving with care to avoid damage or breakage.
Adheres to and supports the project plan as directed by the Client Guide Manager. Always provides consideration and care to client and clients goods while working within the framework of the companys ethics agreement.
Ability to assist with move duties as capable and needed.

Requirements:
Must be fully vaccinated or must have the first dose of Moderna or Pfizer upon first day of employment.
Must have reliable transportation to transport supplies and employees to client/project locations when needed. Must be willing to drive long distances within the area serviced by the market when scheduled.
Must have a smart phone and/or computer to check schedule and work emails daily.
Must attend all required trainings and read/reply to work related emails.
Must be able to download work required apps onto personal phone & computer.
Must be available to work 3 consecutive days per week (Monday Friday) between 8:00am 5:30pm. Note, jobs often extend beyond the 5:30pm scheduled end time.
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for 4-8 hours during assigned projects.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Skills/Certifications:
The ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure.
The ability to remain flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Strong decision-making ability and attention to detail.
Ability to become acclimated to multiple assignment demands.
Implements high level of quality work and accepts constructive feedback.
