Job Description:
As a Sales Associate, you will play an integral role in guiding our customers through the entire purchasing process. You will provide assistance and guidance on our wide range of models, floor plans, fixtures, and trim packages. Additionally, you will assist customers in securing mortgages and loans, finding the right lenders, completing credit applications, and making the best decisions regarding lot selection and preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-tier customer service by guiding customers from start to finish through model selection, floor plans, fixtures, and trim choices.
- Assist customers in securing mortgages and loans by helping them find suitable lenders, guiding them through the application process, and providing them with the necessary information and support.
- When needed, facilitate lot selection and preparation processes based on customers' needs and preferences.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on our product offerings, industry trends, and financing options to provide the most accurate information to our customers.
- Follow up with prospective customers, answer their queries, and close sales effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and lenders.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure a seamless sales and purchasing process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the mobile home or real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of mortgage and loan processes.
- Ability to understand and interpret customer needs.
- Comfortable using computer systems for sales transactions, record keeping, and credit applications.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional customer service skills.

Availability:
- Our office and sales lot is open Monday - Saturday.
- We are looking for full-time employees who can be available on a flexible schedule and cover 1 or 2 Saturdays each month with a comp day off during the week.
