Job Title: Shop Supervisor
Reports To: Senior Shop Supervisor
Job Description:
Assists the Senior Shop Supervisor in the following areas: maintenance operations, customer relations, financial matters (as needed), HR matters, facility safety & security matters, adjacent entity matters, and various front office “general” matters.
Requirements:
- Multiple years (minimum of 5) of experience with tank trailer repair
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Ideal candidate possesses:
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong inter-personal/communication skills
- Strong belief in teamwork
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (and Quickbooks software is a plus)
- Ability to conduct physical activity that involves lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling/stooping/crouching/reaching/handling
- Ability to lift objects weighing 50-80 pounds.
- Ability to drive/operate heavy equipment (ex. forklift, scissor lift, pick-up truck, Yard Horse, bobcat, payloader)
