Waypoint Real Estate Investments is seeking a Marketing Manager to provide administrative and client servicing support for our newly launched broker/dealer channel. This highly organized, dynamic individual will collaborate with internal departments, work with external vendors, coordinate events and participate in the execution of marketing campaigns. Our ideal candidate is highly collaborative and has a strong desire to be impactful. This individual must demonstrate strict attention to detail, possess strong writing and communication skills, and have an interest in real estate and investments.
What you will do:
Work with Corporate Marketing team to develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns
Assist with developing marketing collateral (presentations, brochures, direct mail and email releases, newsletters, etc.). Coordinate the execution of proposal materials.
Produce informational fact sheets, marketing packages, etc.
Coordinate distribution of digital and traditional collateral to appropriate stakeholders
Develop content for marketing materials and social media
Manage external vendors, as appropriate
Develop familiarity with clients and programs
Participate in team meetings, understands team’s objectives and anticipates needs. Works with the team to create marketing solutions.
Coordinate calendars and meetings
Create marketing files and compliance documentation
Maintain CRM and informational marketing databases
Keep tradeshow and collateral supplies current and stocked
Plan and execute conference participation to optimize visibility for the division, including travel, logistics, A/V and exhibits
What you will bring:
Strong communication, collaboration, project management, organizational and planning skills
Computer literacy in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe (InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat)
Experience with Salesforce, including Pardot
Proficient knowledge of social media and trends
Strong graphic, writing and oral communication skills
Motivated self-starter with solid problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently with key internal and external constituents
