Overview of the Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to plan, develop, and oversee the recruiting processes, strategies, and talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate believes that Human Resources is an important strategic partner to the business and has a passion for building strong, high performing teams. We are looking for someone who can be creative and take our talent acquisition function to the next level.
Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Manager
- Responsible to ensuring Wayspring’s talent acquisitions goals and objectives are met
- Review, revise, and execute selection processes that support an efficient but effective hiring process
- Manage the talent acquisition team by determining KPI’s and monitoring progress towards those metrics
- Assist in the recruiting process for corporate roles and other positions as needed
- Serve as the Talent Partner to hiring managers throughout the organization
- Develop a sustainable talent acquisition strategies to build a proactive pipeline for future needs
- Design, plan, and execute employer branding activities
- Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors and oversee related initiatives
- Plan employee referral programs
- Review and address gaps uncovered in our new hire and candidate satisfaction survey results
- Attend career and college fairs and other similar events
- Other duties as assigned
- 4 years’ experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
- Behavioral health or general healthcare experience is preferred
- Ability to influence colleagues across the organization to meet hiring objectives
- A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the Company’s success
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and various HRIS platforms
