Join our team leading the transformation of the AFRL Digital Capabilities Execution Directorate. We are looking for a Compliance Management Analyst for the Integration and Operations Division (IZO).

Position Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Leads/manages government and contractor workforce in the areas of compliance, safety, building/facility management, equipment asset management, supplies, and compliance/inspections.
• Facilitates, tracks, and reports directorate process improvement initiatives
• Creates a mechanism for directorate equipment asset management
• Monitors, tracks, and reports directorate equipment assets
• Ensures compliance with external practices and policies: USAP/IG, C12, Equipment Asset Management, Safety support, Facility/building management support

Required Qualifications

• US Citizenship
• Must have at least one year of specialized experience at the next lowest grade level or equivalent grade level of the position being advertised
• Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate security clearance
• Males must be registered for Selective Service, www.sss.gov
  
  

Desired Qualifications

• 3 years experience with Compliance and Inspections, Continuous Process Innovation and Improvement
• Experience with equipment asset management and Building/Facility Management support
• Experience with Safety support and Risk Management
