Data Analytics Intern

As the Data Analytics Intern the finance department, you will be responsible for participating in data analytics related to audits, special projects and assisting in the execution of analytics to obtain insights and identify data patterns that are not in compliance with Signet policies. In this role you will also:

• Act as a data analytics resource for the internal audit team.
• Performs additional duties and projects as assigned. Consistent regular scheduled attendance is considered an essential function of this job.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, information technology or related discipline.
• GPA 3.0 or above.
• Anticipated graduation date May 2026.
• Prior Data Analytics or business experience preferred but not required.
• Prior coursework in IT, auditing, analytics or business technology preferred.
• Strong oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to quickly grasp concepts, analyze data and draw conclusions based on sound judgement
• Ability to apply creative and innovating thinking
  
  

Work Environment:

• Summer Internship 2025 (40 hours/12 weeks).
• Hybrid work environment with ability to work in Akron, OH.
• The salary range for this opportunity is $18.00-$19.50/hour . Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
