Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process documentation for shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in coordination with production and shipping teams.
Handle invoicing and billing, maintaining precise records and ensuring all financial transactions are processed efficiently.
Support order processing and inventory management, ensuring documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Assist with administrative support tasks including scheduling, filing, and maintaining records.
Provide customer service support, addressing inquiries and ensuring a high level of service in interactions.
Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and improve administrative processes.
Utilize your textile knowledge to assist in specific industry-related administrative tasks as needed.

A background in textiles, with the ability to apply this knowledge to industry-specific administrative functions.
Strong organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
Familiarity with the textile industry and its specific administrative needs.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and experience with Airtable is advantageous.
Experience handling invoices, billing, and shipment documentation is required.
