Recruitment Manager

We are looking to employ a dedicated and experienced recruiting manager to supervise our recruitment team and ensure that all recruitment operations run smoothly. The Recruiting Manager’s responsibilities include deploying suitable recruitment strategies that best meet our recruitment needs, mentoring the recruitment team on compliance best practices, and managing our applicant tracking systems. Additionally, you will be the project manager for our Class A CDL Truck Driving Academy. To be successful as a Recruiting Manager, you should keep abreast of the latest developments in labor legislation to determine the impact it may have on current recruitment procedures. Ultimately, an outstanding Recruiting Manager should be able to make sound recruitment decisions as well as demonstrate excellent communication, management, and problem-solving skills. Recruiting Manager Responsibilities: ·         Evaluate current recruiting procedures to determine whether they can be modified for increased efficiency and effectiveness.   ·         Modify current recruiting procedures or develop new procedures as needed.   ·         Monitor key recruitment metrics to identify and resolve issues affecting recruiting procedures.   ·         Supervise and provide overall guidance to the recruitment team.   ·         Evaluate the performance of the recruitment team.   ·         Regularly attend job fairs and other industry events to network and develop long-lasting professional relationships.   ·         Liaison with company department heads to anticipate and plan for future recruitment needs.   ·         Review and select suitable job advertising options.   ·         Conduct interviews with job applicants and create a shortlist of suitable candidates for non-exempt and executive level job openings.   ·         Resolve conflicts or complaints from employees and/or external parties.   ·         Execute criminal background check investigations.   ·         Regularly audit of company job descriptions.   ·         Attract suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.   ·         Coordinate and meet with our training vendor to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, schedules, identify and resolve issues.   ·         Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.   ·         Establishing effective communication plans and ensuring their execution.   ·         Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to facilitate student success and retention.   ·         Resolving conflicts or complaints from employees and/or external parties.
