The Controller will have a background in government accounting and use their leadership expertise to train and inspire staff while developing more efficient processes and structures. They will report directly to the Finance Director and provide department support by being an effective communicator, motivator, timely organizer, and steadfast project manager. The ideal candidate for this role will have a background in local government auditing/ accounting, accounts payable, and payroll.
