As Director, you will supervise an efficient and highly capable team of 10 professionals and manage a total annual organizational budget of approximately $29 million, which includes TUD's $8.3 million Capital Improvement Program (CIP). While this role requires a strong understanding of accounting practices, the key responsibilities of this position involve compliance, long-term capital planning, grant and loan administration, and the securing of additional funding for upcoming projects.
