Over the first 9 months of your role, you will have the opportunity to rotate across three different teams – giving you a range of exposure to the various types of clients, audiences, and impactful health care challenges we collaborate on. At Real Chemistry, we have an incredible roster of innovative health care and science-focused clients, including biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, diagnostics, and digital health companies – to name a few. At the end of your 9 months, you will be eligible for a review and potential promotion. There are no guarantees – this review will be based on individual performance. Additionally, you’ll also be supported by hand-picked colleagues, mentors, and senior leaders guiding your path and investing in your development, ensuring you receive robust training in the foundation of communications. What You’ll Master in BOOST: The art and science of real-time, traditional, and social media monitoring and reporting Healthcare social media best practices and guardrails Client service fundamentals How to uncover audience insights in partnership with our industry-best analytics team Modern healthcare media relations best practices Navigating common healthcare communications challenges Communications practices for scientific conferences and high impact regulatory actions such as FDA approvals of new medicines Impactful writing and editing best practices Presentation coaching REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: You are a graduating senior in the class of 2022 You are ready to start a job where you will continuously learn while making an impact! You have received or are attaining a bachelor’s degree or higher You have permanent U.S work authorization You are able to work or relocate to New York, Boston, Chicago or the San Francisco Bay area. Note: You will still be able to enjoy our flexible, hybrid approach to office work, but co-locating near one of our headquarter offices will enable you to participate in focused in-person learning sessions and meet with executive mentors.
