Repair and maintain the physical structures for the company. Use hand and power tools with proficiency. Replace defective electrical switches and other electrical fixtures. Paint. Repair woodwork. Install and repair plumbing fixtures and pipes. Repair plaster. Service equipment. Responsible for assisting in providing a safe work environment. Clean DMV record and/or ability to be insured by companies insurance carrier. Ability to multi-task.
