Summary of Position
We are seeking candidates to fill a position as an Visualization Designer. Candidates should be capable of participating effectively as a member of an interdisciplinary design team.
Responsibilities Include
- Creation of 3D models and photorealistic renderings and animations.
- Work with architectural teams to study and develop design solutions through multiple iterations.
- Support project teams using Revit to produce construction drawings.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- 1 years professional work experience in architecture or related field
- Degree in architecture, design or related field
- Proficiency with rendering software. e. 3dsMax, Vray, Lumion, Enscape
- Proficiency in 3D Revit modeling, Sketch Up
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Bluebeam Revu a plus
- Good design and graphic skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and with a collaborative team
- Flexibility to work on a variety of project sizes and types
