Our Headquarters office located in Plymouth, MN is looking for an Office Assistant to support operational activities related to the administration of the new account process, document management, mail support and other responsibilities within the Operations department.
Job Functions
Administration of inter-office mail and employee mailboxes
- Receive, open, sort, distribute incoming mail
- Prep, meter outgoing mail
- Order receipt, fulfillment, and inventory of office supplies
- Order and maintain inventory of kitchenette & beverage supplies
- Document Management support
- Generate cover pages/submit documents to broker/dealer for imaging
- Log, archive, and retrieve documents for the WEG records room
- Establish new client accounts into CRM database
- Generate, merge, and mail client welcome letters
- Support administration of the process exchanging data between Portfolio Accounting and CRM databases.
- Support New Business Processing as needed
- Other data entry, project, and administrative support as needed within Operations
