The WealthVP team is hiring a part-time Executive/Office Assistant to support the CEO and general office administration. This position reports to the CEO and a member of the operations team.
Compensation - $50,000 - $60,000 per year depending on experience.
What you need to succeed at WealthVP:
What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Schedule appointments
- Email correspondence
- Manage multiple inboxes - personal and work email inboxes.
- Correspond via Linkedin messaging to set appointments or to send connections to other team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline office administration.
- Office assistant responsibilities: checking mailbox, stocking supplies, supporting office events, working with building management. Maintaining the office space which includes making sure the kitchen is clean and ready for the next day.
- Booking travel for the executive team.
- Support the operations team in planning team events.
- Assisting executives with tech related software.
Software skills:
- Familiar and comfortable with Google Suite
- CRM Management - experience with HubSpot a PLUS
- Use of Canva is a plus
- Familiar and comfortable with LinkedIn
- Familiar with Power BI a plus
Soft skills:
- Organized – A planner who brings order and resolve to a fast-paced environment.
- Articulate – Can effectively communicate up, down, and across stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills

An understanding of the funding and wealth management industry is a plus. Startup experience is a plus.

This is a full time hybrid position - remote 2-3 days in-person that has potential to grow into a full-time position. We observe 9 Federal holidays, and this position comes with 10 PTO days.
