What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at WeatherGard?
We are looking for an Office Administrator to help our office run smoothly. This position would be in charge of the intake of outside communications, including phone, email, text, etc., and dispersing it to the correct departments. The Office Administrator would also learn the functions of multiple departments in order to provide support whenever needed daily. These tasks would include data entry, scheduling, filing, and more. No previous knowledge of the window industry is required; we will train the right candidate.
This is a full-time position with a 40-hour workweek.
