As an Email Marketing Coordinator you will:
- At direction of CRM/Email Marketing Manager, execute email marketing strategies and tactics in accordance with digital marketing best practices
- Execute all aspects of the email deployment process from pulling email audiences, uploading content, QA, launch, and monitoring email deployments
- Collaborate with the Email Marketing Manager, Email Marketing Specialist and Marketing team to partner on all email communication campaigns
- In service of identified business objectives (acquisition, retention, upsell etc.), author briefs and partner with in-house design/copy team on execution of creative
- Review email creative submissions and confirm conformity to branding guidelines and email best practices
- Collaborate with the creative team during design stage of emails in order to follow the brand guidelines, style guides and emulate the brand voice
- Daily coordination, execution, proofing and communication of email campaigns
- Develop and execute audience segmentation based on engagement and purchase data
- Assist in managing the email production workflow including development of the email production calendar
- Understand how to measure, analyze and incorporate the use of behavioral data for optimizing email send and campaign performance to meet goals
- Provide campaign level analysis and make recommendations to optimize email performance
- Maintain deadlines, tactics and other business items in an organized, detailed manner
Qualified Candidates will:
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field, with a background in digital marketing
- Have 2 years of digital/email marketing experience, with experience on an email marketing program
- Have 2 years of experience coding/sending emails, manipulating HTML, and working with responsive design templates
- Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus
- Demonstrate an understanding of database marketing concepts and CRM technology
- Be able to work independently, while also functioning as part of a team
- Be able to manage multiple projects concurrently with a strong attention to detail
- Possess stand out communication and relationship building skills, typing, spelling, and grammar skills
- Be an excellent performer; deliver high quality results consistently
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude
- Be authorized to work in the United States
