The role of a Weave Digital Form Builder is to build digital forms within the Weave software for our customers. Each builder will be responsible for taking forms uploaded to Weave by an office and digitizing them into Weave digital forms. This will need to be done with precision and a heavy emphasis on atten to detail. Form builders will be held to a standard SLA and expected to complete work on a timely basis and efficiently. A positive experience during the digitization process is critical to a customer’s long-term success and Weave is committed to finding the right people to make that happen.

What You Will Own
- Coordinate with adjacent teams on all tasks related to onboarding.
- Communicate clearly with your direct report and other team members.
- Manage a portfolio of projects and tasks.
- Provide a five-star customer experience.
- Triage, troubleshoot and prioritize issues as they arise during implementation.
- Utilize reports and data from various systems to help guide decision-making and manage your portfolio of customers.
What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job
- 1 year of data entry experience
- Critical thinking and advanced problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
- Ability to prioritize and manage a pipeline of projects
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (ability to articulate complex content with a simplified explanation)
- Strong technical aptitude.
- English speaking/reading/writing.
- Spanish speaking/reading/writing.
