What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Product Manager position at Weave?
We are seeking a Business & Technical Operations Manager to work between our data engineering team and business stakeholders to standardize and optimize our business processes and systems. The successful candidate will possess strong technical skills, a deep understanding of systems, data analysis, and business operations. They will also have the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for stakeholders. This position can be remote or in-office.
What You Will Own
- Partner closely with senior management and process owners to ensure alignment of corporate strategy, business operations, and data strategy
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities to improve business processes, gaps in data and reporting, and opportunities to improve data quality and accessibility
- Develop and maintain documentation on business processes and the business systems used, including data inputs and tools utilized
- Review current tools and processes to identify areas for improvement, as well as researching and evaluating new tools and technologies
- Implement solutions to business problems that span business process, systems, and reporting
What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Operations, Finance, or related fields
- 7 years of experience in program / project management, management consulting, or related field
- High degree of experience with project management methodologies & frameworks
- Experience with project management tools such as G-Suite, Jira, etc
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
