What are the responsibilities and job description for the Steward position at Weaver Street Market Inc?
The primary tasks for this position are washing dishes and maintaining a tidy dish-room. Supports the prepared foods department by prepping food, general cleaning, bussing the customer areas, and helping customers when needed.
Assist in other areas of the store as needed.
Essential Qualifications :
Ability to project an outgoing, friendly personality
Availability on weekends
Basic English
Regular, predictable attendance
Self-motivation / direction
Ability to work with customers and co-workers from various cultural backgrounds
Functional Qualifications :
Must be able to work efficiently in a hot steamy environment. use kitchen environment, lift, bend and twist repeatedly, and carry hot and heavy items, up to 60#.
Preferred Qualifications :
Prepared foods work experience in a similar position
