As a Machine Operator you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment while ensuring that our globally recognized products are produced safely, efficiently, and timely.
What We Offer :
- Have 5 or more years of manufacturing experience as a Machine Operator? Earn $22 / hr on Day Shift or $25 / hr on Night Shift.
- Exceptional Pay : Earn $19.00 / hr on the Day Shift or $22.00 / hr on the Night Shift.
- Flexible Work-Life Balance : Night Shift : 4 : 30 PM - 4 : 45 AM

- Record Keeping : Accurately log production activities such as equipment performance and product yields.
- Team Collaboration : Communicate team regarding production schedules, equipment issues, and product quality to ensure effective and efficient production.

Requirements :
QUALIFICATIONS Successful Machine Operator's at Weaver Popcorn share a principle-centered mission around safety and quality with a commitment to themselves, their fellow associates, and their company.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating production equipment, preferably in a food manufacturing environment.
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Must be fluent in English
