Webasto Roof Systems Inc. is currently recruiting for a PMT Project Analyst located at their HQ in Auburn Hills, MI.

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for identifying, chartering, and leading Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives - delivering the project results on time
- Work to assess the needs of the department and find ways to improve the operations of the organization
- Participate in strategic planning meetings to create alignment toward the organization's strategy
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to prioritize and understand key programs for deployment in alignment with Purchasing strategy and goals
- Partner with management and/or leads for implementation and change management
- Provide project updates to leadership team and project stakeholders highlighting the current status, adherence to the project time plan, work accomplished, quick wins, points of escalation, elements of risk and the associated mitigation plans
- Utilize continuous improvement tools and methodologies (PowerApps / PowerBI)
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or experience
- General Project Management experience preferred; Agile a plus
- SAP experience preferred
- Business analytics and managing projects experience a plus
- Power App and Power BI experience preferred
- Experience working with cross functional teams and all levels of an organization
