Job Summary
Weber Shandwick is looking for a Production Associate in our Washington, D.C. office to join the content production team. This person will aid in the production and planning of a wide range of content for a variety of media. S/he will collaborate with our talent communities to support storytelling development and execution, while also partnering with team members to explore and develop expertise in emerging technologies, media and experiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the production of Integrated Content/Social/OLV/TV productions from the initial agency briefing to first air/delivery date and beyond to the final wrap of the job
- Assist in coordinating, scheduling and prepping for production shoots
- Manage releases, contracts and other relevant documents
- Assist in asset delivery and archiving
- Manage stock image and footage licensing
- Provide quality assurance on all creative deliverables
- Develop and maintain relationships with third-party vendors
- Onboard new vendors through agency financial system (will train)
- Stay at the forefront of new trends, applications and offerings of key and emerging platforms
- Support producers with administrative tasks
- Coordinate vendor showcases
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience, preferably with some agency experience
- Strong creative thinking and storytelling
- Knowledge of social media and digital communications best practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work well with a variety of key internal and external stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong coordination skills to manage multiple projects
- Excellent problem-solving, scheduling and budgeting skills
- Collaborative; self-motivated; entrepreneurial; endlessly curious, with enthusiasm for learning
