Job Summary/Basic Function

Members of the street team spread awareness of The Signpost, increase circulation and generate revenue by engaging in the following activities:

Handing out copies of the newspapers in high-traffic areas.
Distributing give-away items for advertisers on campus.
Posting ads on kiosks located throughout campus.
Tabling at on-campus events such as block party, Grad Finale and other opportunities to increase the visibility of The Signpost.
Deliver special editions of the paper—financial aid and Waldo’s World—to high schools in Weber and Davis counties.

Required Qualifications

Must be a WSU student during the academic school year.

If driving, applicants must have a valid driver’s license and Weber State safe driving certification.

Physical Requirements of this position
