WeBox is an intelligent marketplace dedicated to group orders with individual meals, group catering and office pantry. By 2032, we will achieve $1 Bn Revenue (WeBox VKC) using technology (robots & AI) to be a leading provider of intelligent and sustainable solutions for group orders.
We are seeking a motivated individual to provide help with everyday logistics operation functions.
- Route planning support
- Sorting streamlined process support
- Sorters & Drivers recruitment and training
- Full time team members recruitment and training
- Onsite support for corporate clients
- Team incentive program and scorecards
- Company's vehicle management
- Define the streamlined process
Requirements:
- Work experience as a kitchen manager or owner in a restaurant or food manufacturer
- 1-2 years experience as a customer success manager
- 3-5 delivery platform experience
- Professional, organized, team-oriented work habits
- Responsive to inquiries with a pleasant, friendly demeanor
- Excellent customer-facing skills, working with internal and external project teams
- Competency with Google Work Suite, project management applications
- Professional, good work ethics, on time, and upbeat personality
- Able to adapt, improve, retain knowledge, and follow instructions
- Organized, meticulous, and consistent, review your work before delivery
- Fluent in English
- Spanish is a plus skill
Preferred:
Have over two years of experience in Food Delivery or Commercial Kitchen Technology companies/Startups.
