Industrial Maintenance Technician

Webster Associates needs a qualified and skilled hands on technician to join our Denver Colorado Team. This Job Specific location is a hands on maintenance position, with a well seasoned team, casual work attire, relaxed but safe atmosphere.

We are looking for a smart and organized Maintenance Technician who is innovative and hardworking, with a passion for getting things done and working with their hands. The ideal candidate will have the ability to fix and work on air handlers, fans, HVAC systems, filter systems, piping and other industrial equipment. Webster will provide training on equipment that is required. We are growing this division across multiple states so this position is great opportunity to run a team and grow with this group under the larger umbrella of a very successful company.

Candidate Requirements:

• Clean driving record (Company Vehicles provided for driving)
• Experience in maintenance activities (HVAC and Plumbing a plus)
• Punctual and professional while interfacing with clients
• Focused on safe work practices
• Forklift or telehandler operational experience is a plus
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Live close to Denver Colorado
• Work on roofs and high places

Regular Responsibilities:

• Communicate with coworkers and customers.
• Create and send proposals
• Job walks for bidding purposes
• Follow safety procedures.
• Perform maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and repairing HVAC systems and equipment, changing out pumps or filters, troubleshooting compressors, air dryers, baghouses, dust collectors, and other equipment
• Work with clients maintenance staff often

Additional work may be required in the services group performing general installation and maintenance activities on projects across the US on major capital projects. All travel expenses, food, housing etc. will be provided by Company. Travel is estimated to be less than 10% of the time out of state.
