Retail Customization Associate

Webster Fulfillment is currently seeking: Customization Associates who are responsible for the production of graphic apparel on behalf of Webster Fulfillment's e-Commerce retailers. This position will be 100% trained in DTG production, embroidery, and other customization techniques ensuring accuracy and timeliness. No experience is necessary!

What is a DTG Machine? Direct to garment printing (DTG) uses inkjet printing technology to send full color designs directly from a computer to a digital printer with a garment loaded into it. With minimal training or experience, you can use our DTG printers to create high-quality printed garments at production level speeds. DTG printers typically have a platen designed to hold the garment in a fixed position, and the printer inks are jetted or sprayed onto the textile by the print head.

A day in the life:

• Operate the DTG printer and embroidery machines to customize apparel and other products with client-supplied designs.
• Manage computer files & update project statuses in order management software.
• Review and inspect print jobs on garments to ensure all orders are completed on time, and consistently meeting the company's quality guidelines.
• Inspect print quality to ensure high-quality, accurate prints
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping the work area neat and complying with safety procedures, rules, and regulations
• Be available to assist in other areas of the facility, including inventory, shipping, and packaging when needed.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Great accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience and comfortability with computers and high-end technology.

Good to know:

• Pay is biweekly; every other Friday.
• Wear what you feel comfortable in, closed toe closed heel shoes are required.
• SHIFT: M-F 8am-5pm.
