Job Location: Webster Groves High School - Webster Groves, MO
Position Type: Part Time
Salary Range: $17.66
2024-2025 School Year
Qualifications:
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Effective interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong technological skills to include use of basic software applications (i.e. Word, Excel, etc.)
Responsibilities:
- Process all work orders submitted by staff; determine the time for completion of work orders and the selection of resources to fulfill work orders
- Oversee the supplies needed for the Copy Center
- Oversee maintenance and repair of the copy machines and printers in the Copy Center
- Maintain up-to-date database of all Copy Center activity to track copy codes, usage and costs
- Assist with preparation of programs, brochures, and other printed materials
- Perform all other duties and assume responsibilities as assigned
