Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers comprehensive treatment for substance abuse and mental health issues, empowering our clients to achieve lasting wellness.

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Outreach Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our reach within the community.

Job Description :

As an Outreach Sales Representative for our Substance Abuse IOP Center, you will play a crucial role in promoting our services and establishing relationships with potential referral sources and clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to drive awareness and engagement with our facility's programs through targeted outreach and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build and Maintain Relationships : Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, providing ongoing support and resources to encourage referrals.
• Promote Our Services : Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our IOP programs to potential clients and referral sources.
• Attend Networking Events : Represent WeCare Behavioral Health at industry events, conferences, and community meetings to expand our network and visibility.
• Conduct Educational Workshops : Organize and lead workshops and seminars to educate the community about the importance of substance abuse treatment and the services we offer.
• Track and Report on Outreach Activities : Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, referrals, and client interactions, providing regular updates to the management team.
• Collaborate with Internal Teams : Work closely with clinical and administrative staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of client referrals.

Qualifications :

• Experience : Background in marketing or outreach preferably within the healthcare or substance abuse treatment industry.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence diverse audiences.
• Interpersonal Skills : Strong relationship-building and networking skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
• Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel : Willingness to travel within the community to meet with potential referral sources and attend events.

Job Pay :

Full-time Pay : $40,000 - $50,000 yearly
