The highly qualified individuals we seek will provide treatment and personal care services, as directed by a physician or mid-level provider, to patients of all ages and other clinical duties that advance WeCare tlc’s mission and contribute to our organizational development. This position is in various locations.
We seek individuals with a passion. The ideal candidate will be bright, focused, self-motivated, friendly, organized, flexible, adaptable, and able to build rapport quickly. Current knowledge of clinical practices required. Must have good judgment, excellent follow-up skills, a sense of urgency. Knowledge of healthcare and medical industry.
Must have a minimum of: graduate of a certified medical assistant program or an approved state agency. 1 year Medical Assistant experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent computer skill. Phlebotomy skills and lab specimen processing. Knowledgeable in minor office procedures. Ability to focus on patient care, problem-solving, handle multiple tasks. Knowledge of CPT and ICD-9 coding. CNA. DOT Certification.
