Job Posting for Customer Service Manager at Weco Manufacturing
Job Summary: The Customer Service Manager will interact with the company's Clients by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Will manage the Customer Service representatives and oversee client issues as they arise.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Manages the staff to make sure that the CSR's are doing the following things
Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services
Fields Client questions and concerns
Follows up with Clients to keep them informed of orders and statuses of orders or any necessary work
Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve Clients' problems and concerns
Maintains Client accounts and records of Client interactions with details of inquiries, concerns, or comments
Reviews new customer contracts and orders for accuracy prior to signing and processing
Performs other related dues as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent communication skills including active listening.
Service-oriented and able to resolve Client grievances.
Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
Background in Manufacturing CSR
Ability to provide clear direction and leadership
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent 5 years in a related industry
Bachelors degree in a related field to Manufacturing, Aerospace, or engineering
Client service experience required.
At least 3 years as a Customer Service Manager in a Manufacturing Setting
