We are actively seeking a qualified preschool assistant director who will oversee the daily operations and administration of the preschool alongside the Director and Administrator.
They will oversee the coordination of education programs that comply with local and federal regulations (title 22), ensure that facilities are maintained, manage and support daycare staff.
Successful applicants will have demonstrable experience in managing all aspects of the child care center, as well as strong leadership skills to manage the rest of team members. They should display a friendly demeanor, have a love for children, and strive to create a supportive and encouraging environment for both children, parents, and team members.
Should be flexible and experienced regarding covering in classrooms for breaks/staff absence to work with any age group (6 weeks-6 years).
