Job Title: Part-Time Floater

Location: 103 Spanish Ct Albany, GA 31707

Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. (The release time may vary based on the assistance required for the day.)

Wages range based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications:

  • Must have childcare experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a nurturing and engaging environment for children aged from 6 weeks to 12 years of age.
  • Develop age-appropriate activities.
  • Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children.
  • Able to clean efficiently throughout the day and prepare the classroom for the next day.
  • Must be able to assist and adapt to lead teachers and their routines.

Requirements:

  • Passion for working with young children.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Patience, creativity, and adaptability.
  • CPR and First Aid certification are required within 90 days of employment.
  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive fingerprint and background check.
  • Standing for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and carry daycare items and children including toys, high chairs, tables, and chairs.
