WeeWheel Kids' Balance Bike Coach

Are you ready to embark on a wheely good adventure with us? We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and playful individual to join our team as a WeeWheel Kids' Balance Bike Coach!

About Us:At WeeWheel, we believe in more kids on more bikes, more often! We're on a mission to spread smiles and confidence through our exciting balance bike sessions for little adventurers aged 2-5 years. Our balance bikes are the coolest wheels in town, and we're looking for a Coach to bring the fun to local preschools in the zip codes of 23225, 23226, and 23221 for enrichments at school! Its pee wee cycling for the littlest riders.

Position Highlights:As a WeeWheel Kids' Balance Bike Coach, you'll be the hero of the hour, bringing the magic of balance bikes to preschoolers in after-school enrichment sessions. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, includes teaching kids how to ride, making every session a mix of fun and skill-building! Programming will be provided to our coaches.

Key Responsibilities:

Zip Code Adventures: Embark on daily adventures to local preschools in the zip codes 23225, 23226, and 23221 (M-F) Transform preschool playgrounds into WeeWheel wonderlands for an hour of balance bike bliss!

Balance Bike Maestro:Guide and inspire little riders aged 2-5 in the art of balance biking.
Make learning to ride a bike a fun and memorable experience for every child.

Mobile Playground Setup:Be the maestro of mobility – set up and pack up WeeWheel equipment with a flair for efficiency. Bikes and all equipment provided. Ensure all little adventurers have a wheely good time by having everything ready for action!

Qualifications:

• Playful Spirit:A love for play and adventure, with a passion for making learning fun!
• Early Childhood Enthusiast:Experience in early childhood education or working with kids is preferred but not required. A big heart for the little ones and a talent for making even the tiniest triumphs feel monumental.
• Transportation Maestro:Must have a reliable mode of transportation to zip through the zip codes!
• Time Traveler: Flexibility to lead sessions starting as early as 11 a.m., with additional sessions at 12 noon, 1 p.m., and 2 p.m.
