Lawn Care Technician - Year-Round Employment-No Layoffs

Position Details:
Spring, Summer, Fall - Lawn Care Technician
- Perform fertilization, weed control, and insect applications for our residential customers
- Provide professional, courteous customer service
- Provide potential customers accurate quotes for lawn care services
- Complete lawn analysis and provide service recommendations
- Generate field sales- earn additional commission!
- Clear communication with your team and/or supervisor
- $16-$22/hr average, $24 per hour top performers, $15/hr for training
- Performance based pay
Winter - Marketing Representative
- Door to door community outreach, No selling is required
- Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm
- $16-$24 hour after training, $16 per hour for training
- Responsible for generating leads by offering free, no obligation lawn care quotes to homeowners.

Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and insurable by our coverage provider
- Professional appearance
- Reliable transportation to work
- Excellent attendance record
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work in a results-oriented environment
- Willing to become certified to apply pesticides
- Be available to work 40 hours per week in various/extreme weather conditions, including Saturday, as needed.
- Ability to lift or carry up to 50lbs consistently
- Previous lawn care/landscaping experience is highly desirable
- Must be a highly motivated and fast learner
- Strong ability to pay attention to detail
