Join us as a Marketing Supervisor as we kick off the 2022 campaign.
As the Marketing Supervisor you will be responsible for the day to day operation of a marketing team and ensuring that the team is reaching their weekly production numbers. The Marketing Supervisor will work under the direction of the Sales Manager and will provide leadership to a team of 6 to 8 Marketing Representative’s.

Hours/Compensation:
- Mon-Fri. 11:30a-8:30p and some occasional weekend hours
- $18 to $25 hourly based on production numbers from your team

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage, coach, develop and motivate the assigned team to ensure weekly production numbers are met or exceeded.
- Participate in the planning of daily marketing campaign routes ensuring 100% coverage of neighborhoods.
- Supervise, schedule, assess performance, train and coach marketing representatives.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required to meet the goals of the department.
Qualifications:
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in a retail or sales position is preferred, but not required.
- High school diploma.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Valid and clean driver’s license.
